Preparing Philadelphia's Future Global Leaders Program 2011

With support from Congressman Robert A. Brady, MLCCC is the recipient of a $100,000
federal grant to conduct the "Preparing Philadelphia's Future Global Leaders" program,
which teaches Chinese language and culture to about 100 youths from the city of
Philadelphia in grades Kindergarten to 6. The program runs in the spring and summer
of 2011 and is comprised of a language teaching curriculum, an arts & crafts curriculum,
and regular martial arts classes which include an anti-bullying program.
