As we draw a closure to this year’s weekend school, we start to focus on our summer camp. Thank you to so many parents who recommended our camp to your friends, our 9 week Chinese language and culture camp in Wayne is almost full. Our English Writing and Math Enrichment camp is also very close to full. If you plan to register and have not do so yet, please do it as soon as you can as we are very close to full capacity.

Best to everyone over the Memorial Day weekend and hope to see you at our picnic on June 5 at March Creek State Park.

Details:

1. PTO Sponsored Picnic on 6/5 in Marsh Creek State Park - Sign Up Required
   Our annual picnic will be on Sunday 6/5 at Marsh Creek State Park, during 10:30-2:30. PTO will provide all the BBQ supplies, drinks, snacks and utensils. To help subsidize the cost of the picnic and add variety to the dishes, PTO requires that each attendee to purchase one $20 Giant gift card regardless of age and each family to bring 1-2 big dishes to share. With Giant gift cards, you get back the exact amount that you pay, while PTO gets $1 from Giant for every $20 sold.
   
   If you do not want to purchase Giant gift cards, picnic cost is $5 each adult and $3 each child under the age of 12, and you don’t have to bring in dishes. Please sign up at this link to give the organizer an accurate headcount to prepare BBQ supplies. Thank you.

2. MLCCC 2016-2017 School Year Registration Continues
   The MLCCC Weekend School registration continue. Based on the parents requests or registrations, we have added or removed a few classes. 3. Discounted Tickets to “A Single Shard” Play
   People’s Light theater will offer us tickets at a substantial discount of $15.00 instead of $27.00. The play is getting very good reviews.

   We are an adoptive family in need of a translator. We will have Skype calls with our child's birth parents, who only speak Mandarin. There may be potential for translation of letters/emails as interested and able as well. You can contact bblontz@gmail.com or 717-372-9685 as interested.
